Week 43: September 2, 2019: learned a lesson of la humildad and also that I have to do more pushups in the morning.

Tuesday we went with a family and had a noche de hogar. We played jenga. Their rule is if you lose you do 20 pushups. I was acting all cool and what not but then I lost 3 times. I learned a lesson of la humildad and also that I have to do more pushups in the morning.

Wednesday we took our recent convert to the temple to do baptisms. It was pretty awesome. I think the baptismal font here in xela has to be one of if not the best one out there. She was super happy and had a good experience.

Thursday I went on divisions with a guy named Elder Diaz. All of the citas fell which was kinda rough. At night a guy bought us pizza and then we taught him english. I was trying to explain  the difference between y and j and b and v because to them it sounds the same. It was pretty funny because he could not understand it. 

Friday and saturday we went to our investigators the fam estrada. We´re pretty close with them and they like to have us over. We pretty much just answered questions they had. 

Sunday they came to church along with our investigators from chuisuc. jose and maria. It seemed like they were kinda awkward and werent really liking it. But then in the night, while we were eating a family, they called us and told us to come over. We told them we were eating and we wouldnt be able to because it was the last thing we had that night. Then they told us to remember how we told them to call us whenever for whatever and wed do it. So we left the cita a little early and went to there house. They said they needed help on the roof so we went up there and they had a bbq set up for us. It was pretty awesome and honesstly I think theyll get baptized. They just have a lot of problems w the word of wisdom. 

Today we went and played basketball at 7, futbol at 8.30 and then went to the zoo at 10. We went to the zoo for our zone activity. The zoo here is pretty shabby. The have a lion and some tigers but thats about it. The good thing was that the zoo was closed today but they opened it for us so we got like a private tour. we got to pet the monkeys and coyotes and some weird animal that i cant remember its name. After we ate at a peruvian restaurant. We have to peruvians in our zone so they were pretty hyped. I got this thing that my comp has nonstop talked about for the past month called ceviche. Its basically raw fish in lime juice. I wasnt a fan. But after that we came here to escribir. Sooo yeah das all. adios.
